Eighty Seven Park on Miami Beach exudes sophisticated and understated luxury. Renzo Piano Building Workshop and RDAI’s design ethos translates into precise typographic treatment and constraining visual vocabulary. Working with a wonderful brand developed by Noë & Associates and lively illustrations from Ruben Toledo, we continue to breathe new life into the brand of Eighty Seven Park.
We used Ruben Toledo’s illustration in various creative ways, such as superimposing on realistic renderings, and clipping his illustrations to make new scenes.
We created a series of printed collaterals such as floor plans, fact sheets, and pamphlets on specific topics such as services and parks, all to fit into the bespoke folder. Other printed pieces include a few series of direct mail pieces and small handouts of project overviews.
We also created a concept of Eighty Seven Park Beach Day to include multiple branded pieces, and our favorite, the branded washi tape that can be used for everything!
We designed email marketing campaigns, as well as Residents Concierge App interface and digital interface of elevator control.
We designed environmental graphics such as fences, signage and site-specific graphic installations.
We created a custom typeface from limited glyphs of Ruben Toledo’s letterings in the illustrations.
