Pines Garden at City Center is a new suburban residential development in Pembroke Pines, targeting mostly design-savvy millennials who are willing to pay for high quality lifestyle. We developed the identity system, deriving the logomark from the building elevation. The color palette is inspired by nature: an earthy rich brown and a deep moody green. The color and material palette is applied throughout signage and web experience.
Signage System
We created the wayfinding system for the whole community, from entrance monument sign to unit sign. We picked locally sourced travertine tiles as the dominant material, combined with sleek matte powder coating, creating a modern and stylish signage system. Throughout the process, we had to make design mockups using architectural drawings and construction photographs, thanks to our Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
Web Experience
The priority of the web experience is to allow visitors to easily browse and pick their favorite floor plan. With 10 floor plan options scattered throughout the community, each with various ways of depicting (3D floor plans, flat floor plans, and virtual tours), we need to come up with a clear flow of how to present and switch from each floor plan quickly. In addition, the browsing experience has to be consistent across devices.
